Main Purpose of the Job

Support field force and marketing team through CRM data developing the right reports and tools in order to drive business decision and to increase sales performance.
Translate the marketing strategy into execution plans for hospital channel.
Valuing and Targeting the right Accounts / HCP's and Customers

A day in the life of the SF Excellence Specialist:

  • Increase sales team performance: efficiency and effectiveness.  
  • Taking the global/ In-Market  best practices as a model.
  • Work with sales teams to adapt and execute locally for optimized customer profiling, segmentation & targeting, structure and territory alignment, target setting and KPIs definition. 
  • CRM Management. Provide full support for daily usage of CRM system by the sales force. Regular review of business needs to recommend CRM system enhancements. Develop a formal document outlining the strategy and policy relating to the CRM system usage. All  sales force members actively create Cycle call plans in advance, which are reviewed and discussed by their managers. Work with sales leads to ensure that call objectives and accurate post call notes are recorded after each call. At a minimum, the Globally defined KPIs are monitored at least monthly by management team. KPI exceptions are reviewed and action plans designed to address gaps.
  • Other Outputs. Field travels with  sales representatives to evaluate business opportunity and improvement. Works in conjunction with cross functional teams to develop marketing and sales tools.  Support new product launches with development of  SFE related materials and training workshops. Monitor Execution of plans in response to the  standard Customer Satisfaction Survey and track progress year on year. 
  • Collaborate with Tender Team to develop data analysis and business intelligence to implement a tender strategy plan.

  • Previous experience with different CRM solutions and systems    
  • Experience in Analytics, data modelling, machine learning and predictive analysis
  • Strong business acumen skills
  • Customer understanding - Ability to analyse data coming from trade, competition and competitive environment
  • Ability to in a cross functional environment
  • Proactive teamworker attitude
  • Good knowledge of SAP and PowerBi
  • Availability for Field Visit
  • Good knowledge of Nutrition is a plus.
