Operation Manager

On Behalf of a multinational pharma company, we are looking for an Operations Manager, playing a central role in leading the production results and production strategic programs.

You will be based in Latina, Italy and report directly to the Operations Sr Manager. You require excellent Operational and stakeholder management skills and will be accountable to deliver ground-breaking goals with confirmed business value.

Main activities:
1. You'll be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with all manufacturing rules and procedures.
2. You will directly manage dedicated operators. Your leadership will drive the performance of the manufacturing area, optimizing shifts and leave permits to meet production targets efficiently and cost-effectively.
3. Your keen eye for detail will extend to constant monitoring, using specific KPIs to assess the quantitative and qualitative aspects of your area. You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement, implementing necessary corrections to optimize resource utilization and meet production objectives while ensuring rigorous safety procedures are in place.
4. You'll play a crucial role in validating new production processes. Collaborate on protocols and action plans, and actively participate in launching new production lines, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
5. Maintaining alignment with the maintenance unit. You'll give top priority to technical intervention requests on production lines, ensuring minimal disruptions and maximum efficiency.
6. Ensure to meet the highest safety and quality standards. Drive a culture of compliance and GMP regulations within the organization and ensure full implementation of compliance and GMP regulations, sensitizing and engaging employees in the process, is a big expectation.

REQUIREMENTS

Master Degree + MBA (nice to have);

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (solid form)
• Previous experience in the role
• Strong leadership;
• English fluent.
