Head of Research
We are looking for a Head of ResearchMission:Guidance and management of the Institutes, supervision of Peer Review process and of Medical-Scientific Commission in compliance with the procedure defined by Fondazione Telethon. Responsabilities:
- Guidance and management of relationships with Telethon Research Institutes, identification and sharing of main project activities and guidelines;
- Coordination and supervision of Peer Review process and research grants of Fondazione Telethon;
- Management of Medical-Scientific Commission;
- Monitoring of research projects trends and identification of projects in the pipeline;
- Supervision of Scientific Convention organization and of scientific internal and external events;
- Management of the teams development and critical issues, setting of objectives, performance assessment and monitoring of employees work activities.
